Lily Pencils

I keep meaning to write about the events leading up to my wedding, the wedding itself, and the honeymoon Monika and I had in Key West. I even keep meaning to put up some pictures of the whole adventure.

But, since it seems that's not happening anytime soon, I figured I'd get out of my own way and just start posting some new art while I get those things figured out.

Here is a penciled piece I did of Lily, a character in OilCan Drive who I haven't drawn in quite a while. Since she will have a big part in the new story I'll be doing I thought it might be a good idea to draw her again and see if I still had a feel for her. So I did this quick little sketch.

I think I'll start inking it tonight and see where it goes.

It's good to be back.
