20 Years Ago Today--

Kurt Cobain took his own life.

I miss him as an artist and will always wonder what he might have accomplished had he gotten through that particularly hard time in his life. I wonder what he could have done with all the technology that is at our fingertips and wonder what he might have done if he was able to get his music directly to listeners like so many musicians these days take for granted. I still listen to Nirvana on a regular basis and Kurt is a huge influence on the music I do for OilCan Drive.

And I still remember where I was twenty years ago when I heard the news that a body had been found in his home.

Kurt, you are still missed...
